Welcome to the Soles n' Motion 10K Run, 5K Run/Walk hosted by soleMOTION Race Management Services LLC. Hopefully, Covid 19 will allow us to get outside and exercise our bodies & minds. Understanding that we do not know what the status of the virus will be, we are making a number of accommodations:
We are excited to partner with Taylor Made Living by providing a portion of the profits to this awesome mission.
Taylor Made Living is a unique apartment setting in southwest Fargo for adults with developmental disabilities receiving residential habilitation services with Anne Carlsen. Individuals have their own efficiency apartment and benefit from community meeting space, activity space, and other amenities. Direct Support Professionals provide assistance with activities of daily living and promoting independence while promoting a sense of community, both within the neighborhood as well as with the others in the building. Taylor Made Living values family involvement and developing relationships.

Q – When is Soles n' Motion 10K Run & 5K Run/walk
A – Soles n' motion is scheduled for Saturday, May 29, 2021. The 10K & 5K will start at 8:30 AM .
Q- Where will Soles n' Motion take place?
A – Packet pick-up and start/finish-line are located in Lindenwood Park. 1905 Roger Maris Drive Fargo, ND. Look for the large blowup arch for the start line.
Q – How will I know my time?
A – The 10K & 5K races will be chip timed with results posted on our website. There will be a display clock at the finish line for you to check your time.
Q - What is included in my registration?
A – Runners/walkers will receive a custom designed Soles n' motion T-shirt, and post race drinks & snacks.
Q-Is there a packet pickup?
A- The day of the run packet pickup will be at Lindenwood Park starting at 7:30 AM
Q - Is this a handicap friendly event?
A - Yes, the 5K race is handicap friendly. Wheelchairs, both manual and electric are welcome. Please position yourself near the back to ensure safety for all participants.
Q - Will there be awards?
A - Yes, we will provide awards for the top 3 men and women in both the 5K & 10K. We will also have age group awards for the top 2 men & women in both races . 19 & under, 20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 - 69, and 70+
