The 8th annual JUNKYARD DASH 5K is brought to you by The JUNKYARD BREWERY & SoleMOTION Race Management. Come out on a nice summer evening and take part in a 5K fun run/walk and have a cold beer compliments of the JUNKYARD BREWING COMPANY. Were not too serious about speed but we are serious about having good time and a few cold ones. Runners and walkers are all invited to come out for some fun. The route is accurately measured covering some city streets and the path by the Red River. We will have chip timing and a display clock.

Q – When is the JUNKYARD DASH 5K Run/Walk?
A – The 5K run/walk is scheduled for Wednesday, August 14, 2024. The 5K run/walk will start at 6:45 PM
Q- Where will the Run take place?
A – The start-line & Finish line are located just East of the JUNKYARD Brewing Company.
Q – How will I know my time?
A – This event is about having a good time and having a cold one after. Chip timing is available and results will be posted on the soleMOTION website. There will be a display clock for you to check your time.
Q - What is included in my registration?
A – Runners will receive a custom designed T-shirt, a JunkYard Brewing Beer glass, a FREE beer and other treats back at the brewery.
Q-Is there a packet pickup?
A- The day of the run packet pickup will be at the JUNKYARD Brewing Company starting at 5:30 PM.
Q- Can I register the day of the event?
A- There will NOT be race day registration.
Q - Is this a handicap friendly event?
A - Yes, the race is handicap friendly. Wheelchairs, both manual and electric are welcome. Please position yourself near the back to ensure safety for all participants.
Q - Will there be prizes?
A - Yes, there will be prize drawings at the JUNKYARD Brewing Company following the event.
